To submit an application to make an alteration to your home, please complete our application form here. If you have any issues completing the form, you can contact our estates officer who will be able to support you.

The application form allows you to submit plans, drawings and photographs. You can also view the status of your application. It’s an open and transparent system, so you and fellow residents can see what is and isn’t approved.

We also suggest contacting us to discuss your alteration before you submit it, as we can help to ensure your plans meet our guidance.

Decision process

In many cases approval decisions are straight forward, especially if you get advice before submitting an application.

If you submit an application and it is refused, you can submit an appeal within 28 days of the date of the decision letter.
