Welcome to Lightmoor Village – a beautiful, green and community-focused neighbourhood in West Telford, on the edge of the Shropshire countryside and close to the historic Ironbridge Gorge World Heritage Site.

The development of Lightmoor Village began in 2003, in partnership with Homes England, with a vision to create a sustainable and inclusive community. The village has been designed to bring a mix of homes, green spaces and community facilities together, creating a neighbourhood where people can live, work and enjoy spending time.

Planning permission includes a mix of privately owned, social rent and shared ownership homes, which are thoughtfully integrated throughout the village. Lightmoor also includes a school, nursery, commercial units, parks, play areas and community spaces.

When complete, Lightmoor Village will be home to more than 1,000 households, creating a vibrant and welcoming community for generations to come.
