Estate checks are carried out regularly by our estates officer. As well as inspecting courtyards and green spaces and reporting any issues, they will also note down any breaches. You can read more about breaches on our What are Covenants page.

Our estates officer will also investigate any issues reported by you and will advise you of the outcome.
