Estate Checks 2026

Our Estates Officer regularly carries out inspections across Lightmoor Village. The 2026 inspection rota is shown below.

During each visit, courtyards and green spaces are checked, any issues reported and any breaches are noted. You can find more information about breaches on our What are Covenants page.

Residents can also report issues directly to the team by emailing [email protected]
or by visiting the BVT office at the Oak Tree Community Centre.
