How to contact BVT in Telford

Until recently the BVT Estates and Stewardship team and Housing team were based in Cherry Tree House, Lightmoor Village.
Following a review of the best way to provide services to customers in the area, BVT colleagues are now working from the Oak Tree Community Centre and Bournville House, both in the Village, when they are not working in the community. Cherry Tree House is now closed to visitors.

BVT tenants
If you are a BVT tenant in Telford, you can contact the BVT Housing team by calling 0300 333 6540 or emailing [email protected]. The team are now based in Bournville House in Lightmoor Village, although they are often out in the community. However, you can always pop into reception at Bournville House Monday-Friday 9am-5pm to leave a message. You can get in touch with the team about:
- Your tenancy
- Money matters
- Anti-social behaviour issues
BVT residents in Lightmoor Village
The BVT Lightmoor Village Estates and Stewardship team are now located within the Oak Tree Community Centre. You can pop in Monday to Friday 9am-5pm or after 5pm to speak to one of the estate caretakers. BVT residents in Lawley
The BVT Lawley Estates and Stewardship team are now located within the new Lawley Community Hub in the village square (formerly Foden Estates Agents). You can call 0300 333 6540 or email [email protected] to arrange an appointment or pop in during one of the following drop-in sessions:
- Monday 9am – 11am
- Wednesday 1pm – 3pm
- Thursday 3pm – 4.30pm
- First Saturday of each month 10.30am – 12pm
