Update - flooded areas due to rain

Wednesday 16th October 2024 – we are experiencing issues again with excess water in certain areas of the village. Our estate caretakers are on-site trying to re-route the water to stop further damage. We’ve also contacted the developers, local authority and other housing associations with residents in the village to ask for their support.
Please be aware we usually receive lots of calls in these circumstances, so please only call us on 0300 333 6540 if you need to report an emergency repair that can’t be managed by your household.
