Who's responsibility?

One of the common questions we receive is why it is not your responsibility to fix it. As a developing village, with ongoing construction work, adoptions do not take place with the local authority until it has no construction work onsite.
Therefore, when residents talk about issues to do with landscaping, paths or roads, within these sites, we work tirelessly with developers to get them to fix them as we are unable to do so. In our next post we’ll give more details about the services your stewardship charge goes too, regardless of where you live within the village.
