Road adoption update

In September 2024 we gave an update regarding road adoptions, as we advised both entrances to the village were being snagged and works costed by Telford and Wrekin Highways Team, so temporary repairs took place while waiting for the snagging list and costings to be confirmed.
Unfortunately, the road is now no longer able to withstand any further repairs and we’ve been working with Telford and Wrekin Highways team for remedial work to be carried out before adoption takes place.
The work will include a complete resurface of the road and it is hoped this will take place in April. When exact timescales and programme of works is known, we will share it on here and our social media platforms.
