2022 Annual accounts

All Lightmoor Village residents regardless of tenure pay the stewardship charge, the 2022 accounts have been published and can be seen below.
The budget was approved by your resident led Lightmoor Village Estate Management Committee and is being provided to all residents to create further understanding of the Stewardship Charge. As you will see the stewardship charge doesn’t cover the costs for us to run Lightmoor Village and is subsidised by BVT by nearly £175,000.
