Have your say on local communications

We’re inviting all residents to drop-in sessions this year to share your thoughts on how you hear about the services and activities provided by the Estates & Stewardship team.

We want to know:

• Are our communications clear and easy to understand?
• Do they give you all the information you need?
• How could we improve the way we keep you informed?

Come along for an informal chat with Donna, who creates the communications, and Fleur, who manages the Estates & Stewardship service.

We’d love to hear from as many residents as possible—whether you’re a homeowner or tenant, have lived in Lightmoor Village for years or have just moved in. We’re especially keen to speak with anyone who finds current communications difficult to understand, so we can explore better ways to connect with you.

This first session will focus on the information pack, including details on how the stewardship charge is spent in Lightmoor Village and the 2026 budget.
