Telford Family hub drop-in

Come along to one of our Telford Family Hubs drop-in sessions and meet your local Family Hubs Practitioner.

These friendly, informal sessions are a chance to ask questions, access advice and find out about support available to you and your family. You can also connect with local organisations and services that may be able to help. They are based at the Oak Tree Community Centre the first Monday of every month.

You might be looking for advice about:

• Supporting a young person who is finding school difficult
• Help with school uniform costs or access to food supplies
• Online and community safety
• Where to find support around domestic abuse
• Special educational needs and disabilities (SEND), including education and available support
• Other questions or concerns about family life, parenting or your local community

You don’t need to know exactly what support you need before you come along. The team can listen, talk things through with you and help point you in the right direction.
