Results of lighting inspection

Following our most recent lighting inspection, a number of lights were identified as not working.

We will be arranging for the BVT lights to be repaired as soon as possible. These lights are located within communal areas, such as courtyards and open spaces, and are our responsibility to maintain.

The remaining faulty lights are developer lights. These are positioned along the main road and form part of the infrastructure that will be adopted by Telford & Wrekin Council under a Section 38 agreement. We will be reporting these issues to the relevant developer so that they can take the necessary action.
