We’re looking for residents to join our three Scrutiny Groups: Your Home, Your Tenancy, and Your Neighbourhood. These groups give you a chance to share your views and shape how BVT works—no special experience needed!
What is a Scrutiny Group?
Think of Scrutiny Groups as BVT’s friendly advisors. Members look at performance reports and customer feedback and then share practical ideas on what’s working well – and what could be better. Your opinions help us improve services for everyone.
Why your voice matters
You know your community best. Whether you’re a tenant or homeowner, your experiences and ideas are invaluable.
Who can join?
Anyone can join—no qualifications required. We just want residents who want to make a difference.
- Tenants can join any of the three groups.
- Freeholders and Leaseholders can join the Your Neighbourhood group.
